Done! Done! Waiting...

The new-to-me band saw came home yesterday and, with some help, is now in the shop!

Done!

Gardens went from this:

and this:

To this:

Five adults and two 2x3x8' studs (slipped under the hull) had Gardens off her trailer, on the ground, rolled over and on the stands in about five minutes!

Done!

Getting Gardens rolled over feels great - lots to do but there it is right in front of me to do!

UPS Freight called on Thursday to schedule the delivery of the table saw next Wednesday afternoon.

Waiting…

    1. Well, yeah, I better get cracking - Sail OK or not! I've been busy living life these past 12 months - not an excuse just what is - and my boat building has been sporadic. I'm turning to now but I don't expect Gardens to be ready by October. That doesn't mean we aren't coming... we are working on that!

    1. My biggest challenge will be fairing the bottom edges of the planks. It would be nice to rip a 20' batten... but I don't know that I can do that. Any other ideas?
